If you’re looking for a photo adventure which ticks as many boxes as is feasibly possible, then this one will be hard to beat.
Our usual itinerary sees us exploring the beaches and sea arches of the north coast, heading into the Cantabrian Mountains to cathedrals and vistas, making a stop over in an otherworldly desert, before ending up in a medieval village of twisting lanes and crooked buildings.
“The opportunities were endless and I could have easily stayed another week.”
For 2026, we thought this simply wasn’t enough diversity for one trip, so we are throwing in the chance to witness and photograph a total solar eclipse too! With seascapes, landscapes, street, architecture and nature’s most awe inspiring celestial event, this trip will polish just about every camera skill that exists.
Meet your hosts...

Marcus and Adam hosted our previous eclipse trip in Texas, where they managed to defy the cloudy skies and find one of the few locations which gave a clear view of the show. To find out if this was just luck or actual skill, we’re putting them in the driving seat again. Marcus has run our Spain trip several times, so knows all the locations very well. This will be Adam’s first time to he area, but it can be a real advantage to have a guide who is seeing everything for the first time. Both of them are very experienced in shooting seascapes, using filters to capture the right amount of movement in the water, as well as having previous solar eclipses under their belts.

The town was like an authentic movie set which I never tired of exploring. Thank you so much for introducing this hidden gem to me.
The changing light and the way it played between the terracotta buildings meant I couldn’t stop taking photos. What an amazing place.
I can’t think of a better location to learn photography. Albarracín is the perfect classroom to practice a whole range of skills.
