Travel with us along the historic Route 66 corridor from Nevada to New Mexico and see the best landscapes along the way.
There is a huge range of diverse subjects on offer for this trip, from abandoned mining towns, decaying motel signs and classic cars, to some of the most surreal and amazing landscapes you are ever likely to see. As with all Photography Online Adventures, we steer clear of the obvious honeypot locations, instead spending time in front of far better subjects which we will usually have all to ourselves.
When I look back I can scarcely believe where we went, what we did and the sights we saw. Absolutely an epic trip that I feel really privileged to have been a part of.
Subjects we will be photographing during this trip include: ghost towns, old classic cars, gas stations and run down motels along Route 66, Hoover Dam, Watson Lake, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Secret Canyon, Monument Valley, Canyon de Chelly, Bisti Badlands, Ship Rock and El Capitan (not the Yosemite one!).
Meet the team...
Our guides comes from a wide range of backgrounds, bringing with them a diverse skillset to pass on to our trip members. We always use two guides for every trip of four or more participants, ensuring that everyone gets a good amount of personal attention. You’ll be notified of your allocated guides once they have been confirmed.

Adam - A professional filmmaker, photographer and musician, Adam’s passion is in finding original subjects and locations to shoot with his camera. Based in Edinburgh, he can often be found working out unique angles of well known landmarks - at least that’s what he says he doing when found exiting a dark alleyway.
Nick - A highly technical photographer who enjoys passing on his knowledge to others. Fortunately, Nick has a lot of patience, so if you don’t understand a concept, he’ll be happy to explain or demonstrate it several times. Nick’s authentic photographic style ensures his images accurately represent the scene he captured - allowing the light to do the work.
James - Coming from a commercial photographic background, James tends to focus on the creative side of things as opposed to the technicalities of his equipment. For James, it’s not so much as how to take an image, but more why to take an image. Or course, he knows the former too, but James will likely have you thinking in new ways.

This is probably the best trip I've ever been on. The guys looked after me and the photos taken are my best yet!
The whole experience was fabulous - it was like going on holiday with great friends with Marcus also happening to be an expert in the field.
If you get the chance to go away with PO Adventures, grab it with both hands! You won't regret it.
