Heart-warming backstory and I’m sure the Robin couple really appreciated your treats. I can’t believe what long claws they have but then it’s a long time since I saw a little bird up close. We have cute little NZ native fantails who come very close because they want the bugs disturbed when we are walking on tracks but they are never still and very difficult to get images of. I will get lucky one day.
